We are looking for a CRM & Business Solutions Consultant to help businesses streamline their processes, optimize their sales and marketing alignment, and leverage HubSpot CRM to its full potential. If you have experience in CRM consulting, sales operations, revenue operations (RevOps), or business process optimization, this is your opportunity to specialize in HubSpot CRM solutions with one of the leading agencies in the region.
The RoleAs a HubSpot CRM Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on CRM strategy, optimizing workflows, and implementing HubSpot's CRM solutions to improve sales, marketing, and service efficiency. You will work closely with business leaders, sales teams, marketing strategists, and technical experts to ensure a seamless CRM implementation that drives measurable results.
We don't expect you to know everything about HubSpot from day one If you have a strong background in CRM strategy, RevOps, or sales/marketing automation, and a willingness to learn, we will train you and certify you in HubSpot's CRM implementation best practices.

What You'll Be Doing1. CRM Strategy & Business Process Consulting- Lead CRM discovery workshops to understand business requirements, challenges, and automation needs.
- Analyze existing sales, marketing, and service processes and propose CRM-driven optimizations.
- Develop custom CRM strategies that enhance sales pipelines, customer engagement, and automation.
- Advise clients on best practices for lead scoring, lifecycle stages, pipeline forecasting, and CRM governance.
- Set up HubSpot Native & Custom Objects according to designated architecture agreed on Strategy & Business Process Consulting.
- Configure HubSpot CRM settings, deal pipelines, automation workflows, and custom properties.
- Implement custom automation rules for lead routing, follow-ups, and lifecycle stage management.
- Optimize data management, reporting dashboards, and CRM integrations for cross-functional teams.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and data governance across CRM activities.
- Conduct training sessions for sales, marketing, and service teams on HubSpot CRM best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related challenges.
- Guide clients in adopting a data-driven sales and marketing approach with HubSpot analytics.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate HubSpot CRM with third-party platforms (ERP, eCommerce, custom databases).
- Implement lead scoring models, predictive analytics, and custom reporting solutions.
- Help businesses connect their marketing, sales, and service data for seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM consulting, sales operations, RevOps, or business process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics) is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, lead management, automation, and data governance.
- Experience with CRM integrations, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Ability to train and enable teams on CRM best practices.
- Eager to learn – We will provide full HubSpot training and certifications.
- HubSpot Certifications (if available) will be highly appreciated.
