We are currently looking for a Spanish Speaking Digital Solutions Consultant to join our vibrant team in Athens. In this role, you will work closely with Spanish-speaking clients to provide expert consultancy on digital solutions that enhance their business operations and online strategies. Your insights will be pivotal in helping clients achieve their digital transformation objectives.
Responsibilities- Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for Spanish-speaking clients, providing tailored insights and solutions.
- Assess client needs and develop customized digital strategies that align with their business goals.
- Conduct engaging training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure clients understand how to effectively use digital tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new service opportunities and enhance client engagement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay current with the latest trends and developments in digital technology to offer relevant advice to clients.
- Assist clients in the implementation of digital solutions and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in a consulting, sales, or client support role, preferably in the digital solutions field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, technologies, and current industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage time effectively, especially in a remote work environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to solving problems.
