We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Digital Solutions Consultant to join our Athens team. In this role, you will cater to the needs of Italian-speaking clients, providing them with expert guidance on digital solutions to help elevate their business strategies and maximize their online presence.
Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to Italian-speaking clients, delivering tailored digital solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop customized digital strategies.
- Carry out engaging product demonstrations and effective training sessions to ensure clients utilize digital tools confidently.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance service offerings and support client success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay current on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in digital solutions.
- Assist clients throughout the implementation process and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in consulting, sales, or customer support roles focused on digital solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, technologies, and current trends.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to solving problems.
