We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with HubSpot CMS & API development experience to join our team and help us build high-performing HubSpot-powered websites, integrations, and automation workflows.

The Role

As a HubSpot Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and integrating HubSpot CMS and CRM solutions. You will work on custom modules, APIs, HubDB-powered solutions, and advanced automation workflows that connect HubSpot with external platforms.

Full Stack Developers with experience in CMS-based development and API integrations.

What You'll Be Doing1. HubSpot CMS Development

• Develop custom themes, templates, and modules using HubSpot's CMS Hub and HubL (HubSpot's templating language).
• Implement HubDB-powered dynamic content and custom landing pages.
• Optimize website performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

2. HubSpot API Development & Integrations

• Develop and manage custom HubSpot APIs to integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., ERP, eCommerce, CRM, and analytics tools).
• Implement serverless functions ) and webhooks to automate data flows.
• Work with HubSpot's Custom Objects and Workflows API to extend CRM functionality.

3. Automation & CRM Customization

• Implement automated data syncs between HubSpot and external databases or SaaS tools.
• Develop custom workflows to optimize CRM automation.

4. Technical Problem-Solving & Support

• Troubleshoot HubSpot CMS and API-related issues, ensuring performance and security.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients for HubSpot-powered solutions.
• Keep up with HubSpot's evolving API capabilities and propose new tech solutions.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of development experience in Full Stack, Front-End, or Back-End roles.
• Experience in HubSpot CMS and HubL (or willingness to learn and master it).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, , HTML, CSS, and API-based development.
• Experience working with REST APIs, OAuth authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, automation, and lead management workflows.
• Knowledge of serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Vercel, or Netlify) is a plus.
• Experience with GraphQL, MySQL, Firebase, or MongoDB is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, and RevOps teams on scalable solutions.
