Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and foster positive customer relationships.
- Part of the team and commitment to quality.
- Collaborate with teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.
- Promote company products and services effectively to drive sales and meet targets.
- Participate in upskilling workshops to enhance knowledge about products, services, and customer handling.
Requirements
- Fluency in German is required as well fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively and resolve issues promptly.
- Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Willingness to relocate and embrace a new lifestyle in a different country.
