Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team in Athens, Greece.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-renowned car brand, providing customer care support to customers around the globe.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish (native level) and have excellent English skills (B2). They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, including individuals and businesses, and provide support through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat.
