Responsibilities- Provide professional technical support to clients using CRM software via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting software issues and offer effective solutions.
- Guide clients through the features and functionalities of the CRM software to enhance their user experience.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the internal systems accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to improve service quality and response time.
- Attend training sessions to develop your technical expertise and product knowledge.
- Contribute to reports on customer feedback and areas for software improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A strong interest in technology and customer relationship management software.
