You will assist French-speaking customers with inquiries related to our eco-friendly products, ensuring they receive the guidance and support needed to make informed decisions. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about eco-friendly products, including usage and benefits.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Engage in training to stay updated on our product offerings and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong passion for eco-friendly products and sustainability.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Commitment to promoting environmentally conscious practices.
- Desire to learn and grow within a purpose-driven and dynamic team
