Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with order processing, account inquiries, and detailed product information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and product availability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement.
- Stay updated on the company's products and policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Seek customer feedback proactively to identify areas for improvement and help enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is beneficial.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and dedicated commitment to providing excellent service.
