Dutch-Speaking Team Leader Customer Service | Relocation to Greece | Competitive Salary Package

Position Overview

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Dutch-speaking customer service agents, ensuring high performance and excellent service quality. You will lead by example, coach your team members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of Dutch-speaking customer service representatives
  • Monitor daily operations and performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs)
  • Provide training, feedback, and performance evaluations
  • Handle escalations and ensure effective resolution
  • Collaborate with project managers and other departments to maintain quality standards
Candidate Profile
  • Native or C2-level Dutch, and fluent in English (minimum B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service and team leadership (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a multicultural team
  • Problem-solving mindset and results-oriented
Salary and Benefits
  • Gross monthly salary: 2,500 - 2,800 (x14 months)
  • Monthly performance bonus based on team KPIs
