Stiamo cercando Customer Support Specialist di lingua italiana per fornire assistenza ai clienti, risolvere problemi e offrire un servizio positivo e memorabile.

Lavorerai in sede con un team internazionale e dinamico, gestendo richieste via telefono, email e chat il tutto godendoti il sole e la storia della Grecia

Responsabilità principali:
  • Rispondere in modo professionale ed empatico alle richieste dei clienti
  • Gestire comunicazioni via telefono, email e chat in italiano
  • Fornire supporto e assistenza tecnica di base
  • Inoltrare i casi complessi al dipartimento appropriato
  • Garantire la soddisfazione del cliente e fare follow-up se necessario
  • Mantenere aggiornati i dati nei sistemi interni
  • Stipendio mensile: Tra 1.200 e 1.500 (in base al profilo)
  • Bonus di performance: Premi aggiuntivi mensili in base al rendimento
  • Posizione On-site: Lavoro in sede nella splendida Grecia
