Remote German Customer Support Role Start a New Life in Greece

We're hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to work remotely from Greece on a variety of exciting international projects in industries like travel, tech, electronics, and more.

If you're fluent in German (C1C2), have intermediate English, and are interested in building a career in customer support no previous experience required this could be your opportunity to gain international work experience and enjoy a new chapter of life in Greece.

What Youll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Help users with product questions, troubleshooting, or orders

  • Collaborate on international customer experience projects

  • Ensure a smooth and friendly customer journey

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1C2)

  • Intermediate English (spoken and written)

  • A-levels or diploma

  • Greek residence card or EU passport

  • No experience required just a real interest in customer support

  • Full training provided
