We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team in Athens, Greece.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video streaming and customer service, with excellent communication skills in Portuguese.
As a Video Streaming Customer Expert, you will be responsible for providing optimal advice to business clients, creating meaningful relationships with key decision makers, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategic campaigns that educate clients and drive results.
The successful candidate will have superior written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, as well as good communication skills in English.
They will also be able to use positive language, be flexible, and adapt to different working channels during the day.
