Software Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team, ensuring strong and reliable solutions for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Verify system meets customer requirements through thorough testing.
- Record and re-test defects when resolved
- Develop and maintain training materials (manuals, documentation, presentations)
- Support customer User Acceptance Testing
- Provide customer technical support (email, phone on customer reported issues).
- Prepare technical/problem reports.
Experience Needed to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Background in manual/automated user testing
Key Personal Skills:
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Detail oriented, maintaining high quality work standards
- Great energy level and enjoyment working in full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
