  • A profound passion for cars is highly valued, as is work experience as a customer support/customer care representative for at least 6 months.
  • Highly developed communication skills, a genuine problem-solving mentality, and a deep sense of ownership are essential.
  • Tech savviness and learning agility are also crucial.
  • A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
