Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Representative Athens, Greece (Remote Options Available) Location: Athens, Greece (Remote opportunities available within Greece) Employment Type: Full-time Are you fluent in Portuguese and passionate about helping others? Whether you want to relocate to Athens or work from home within Greece, we have opportunities for you What Youll Do Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese. Provide accurate information, troubleshooting, and effective solutions. Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience. Collaborate with team members and follow company guidelines to ensure high-quality service. What Were Looking For Fluent Portuguese speaker (C1 level or above). Good English skills (B2 level or higher). Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset. Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Relocation Package (for candidates moving to Athens) ️ Flight ticket (from within the EU). 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival. Airport pickup. Assistance with housing Real estate agency fee covered. Work-From-Home Information If relocating WAH (Work At Home) based in Athens. If local (already in Greece) WAH available anywhere in Greece.
