  • As an Operations Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in coordinating multiple projects within the operations landscape. This role requires a solid understanding of business and technical aspects, as well as proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.

Responsibilities:

Operations Analytics:
  • Translate business needs into actionable solutions
  • Guide operations teams based on analytical insights
  • Leverage data to create progress reports and identify potential roadblocks
  • Gather and organize feedback from the operations team for the development of new dashboards and analyses
Forecasting & Planning:
  • Develop high-end forecasting models in coordination with senior management
  • Monitor performance against targets and forecasting
Reporting:
  • Analyze and evaluate operations performance, developing automated methods for information sharing across teams and geographical locations
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for the broader operations organization and management
Requirements:
  • Background in a quantitative field: Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Economics
  • 4+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data roles
  • Proficiency in SQL (window functions, joins, CTEs, subqueries)
  • Proficiency building structured dashboards in Power BI
  • Proficiency with Python (pandas, numpy) for exploratory analysis and automation
  • Strong communicator: capable of aligning with non-technical stakeholders and influencing priorities using data
