Business Intelligence Specialist

Pharma PLUS SA is a pharmacy network, with 30 years' experience in the Pharmacy market and 100 of the biggest pharmacies currently in our customer portfolio. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist, who will be supporting our team, transforming data analysis into actionable insights and leveraging his/her analytical prowess to drive data-driven decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
- Uses effectively Microsoft Power BI tool, along with new features that will boost productivity among all stakeholders
- Provide insights to optimize business performance and forecasting capabilities
- Analyzes data of the PharmaPlus loyalty scheme
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting tools
Requirements
- University degree preferably in statistics, computer science, economics, business administration or Marketing
- Proven experience in business intelligence or data analytics
- Proficiency in BI tools( e.g PBI, SQL )
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
