We're looking for a skilled Operations Specialist to lead our day-to-day operations and support the management team in improving our services to patients, clinicians, and industry partners.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in time and project planning, data analysis, and online/offline productivity tools.

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for shaping our operational culture, strategy, and procedures, ensuring we operate efficiently and effectively. We offer flexibility regarding location and hours, so you can work from anywhere at your convenience.

  • Content management: updates, new content creation
  • Platforms management: new service design & deployment
  • Metrics and reporting: performance reviews & improvement plans
  • Data analytics: identifying gaps & opportunities
  • Project management and process improvement

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • Time & Project planning skills
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data
  • Excellent command of online/offline productivity & collaboration tools
  • Excellent communications skills in English
  • Familiarisation with web-based technologies

Nice-to-haves:

  • Exposure to ISO standards and procedures
  • Familiarisation with Software As Medical Devices (SaMD) and EU/UK Medical Device Regulation (ISO 13485)
  • An interest in digital health and/or cancer domains
