- Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and professional iGaming Customer Expert to join our team in Greece. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Actively listen to customers' needs and provide solutions either through phone calls, emails, or chats
- Respond promptly to account queries including payment, login, verification and bet queries
- Direct unresolved requests and issues and follow up to ensure resolution
- Record and handle inquiries, comments and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Turning every customer into a happy customer
- Enjoy your time in Greece
- Excellent command of Spanish in written and spoken form
- Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iGaming is a plus
- Prior customer support experience will be considered an asset
