- This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients with technical issues, utilizing your diagnostic skills to resolve problems efficiently.
- As a German Technical Support Consultant, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and collaborating with customers to provide seamless solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolutions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical matters.
- Native-level German language proficiency (C2 level) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy, with experience working with various software applications and systems.
- B1-B2 level English language proficiency is an advantage but not required.
