German Technical Support Consultant Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic and communicative technical support professional seeking a new challenge? Do you have native-level German language skills and tech-savviness?

  • This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients with technical issues, utilizing your diagnostic skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • As a German Technical Support Consultant, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and collaborating with customers to provide seamless solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolutions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical matters.
Requirements:
  • Native-level German language proficiency (C2 level) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech savvy, with experience working with various software applications and systems.
  • B1-B2 level English language proficiency is an advantage but not required.
