At Etraveli Group, we are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Job Description:

As a Schedule Change Travel Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance with schedule changes. This includes checking internal queues, contacting airlines, and finding alternative flights or requesting refunds when necessary. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing incoming calls and emails regarding schedule changes
  • Checking all internal queues and contacting airlines to check for alternate options, as well as making follow-ups and providing information to our clients
  • Providing quality service to customers by handling inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, providing context and schedule change information
  • Managing flight cancellations, rebookings, and force majeure situations according to each airline's specific schedule change policy
  • Developing and recommending changes to existing methods and procedures to increase accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness to the SC teams or the Customer Service department as a whole
  • Reporting technical issues, customers' complaints, and other problems
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. You should also have:

  • A native or fluent level of Portuguese (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience in the customer service sector
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
  • Quality focus and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
