  • A leading tech-driven company seeks a highly skilled Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

About the Role

  • Manage multiple client-facing projects in the FMCG and retail sectors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, fostering smooth collaboration and proactive communication.
  • Translate business objectives into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate across Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams to maintain alignment.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and resolve potential roadblocks.
  • Drive retail clients' onboarding and adoption of new services and features.
  • Collaborate with retail store partners to ensure seamless field execution.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in project management, client delivery, or operations, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English; confident in leading client meetings and presenting solutions clearly.
  • Strong digital fluency, ideally comfortable with AI tools and automation workflows.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working with data to track and improve project outcomes.
  • Tech-curious, with a mindset for process improvement and innovation.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Tech, or similar).
  • Native Greek speaker with excellent command of English.
