Job Opportunity for Hungarian Speakers
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and proficient Hungarian speaker to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for responding to consumer inquiries and recording data on the customer services database.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and be able to maintain accurate records.
You will be handling consumer inquiries via phone lines and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your role will also involve maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services, as well as staying informed about industry trends and developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to consumer inquiries via phone lines and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of consumer inquiries and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Hungarian language skills.
- Good level of English, C1.
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
