Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Representative Opportunity

- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Record all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance service strategies and ensure customer retention.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve service delivery.
- Suggest improvements for processes and systems to enhance the customer experience.
- Fluent in Hungarian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
