Hungarian Speaking IT Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Customer Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in Hungarian, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to ensure their issues are resolved efficiently.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using problem-solving skills and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Provide strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times.
- Log cases on internal systems and stay up-to-date with client products and services.
- Fluency in Hungarian and very good communication skills in English.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, soft skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy and a passion for customer service.
- Familiarity with current Anti-Malware and Firewall products.
- Ability to install an operating system and additional necessary software.
- Knowledge of MAC, iOS, and Android Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of Firewall, Antivirus products, and Security domain.
- Base knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, WLAN).
