  • Document all customer interactions and technical problems accurately in the CRM system, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Fuente fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for helping others.
  • Prior experience in technical support or IT is advantageous but not essential.
