Hungarian Technical Support Expert

The role involves providing technical assistance to Microsoft business customers. This includes troubleshooting issues, resolving queries, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, handling technical issues, ensuring stakeholders are informed of resolution status, and logging cases in internal systems.
Requirements for the position include fluency in Hungarian, excellent communication skills in English, strong written and spoken communication skills, soft skills, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, a solid science, math, engineering, or computer science background is necessary.
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in helpdesk or system administration, with exposure to medium to large businesses, is required. Experience with Microsoft Office products and business client support or service experience are also essential.
Desirable qualifications include acknowledged certifications like MCSE or Cisco, which will be considered as an advantage.
