Job Overview:As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing support and guidance to customers, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Identify and resolve technical issues through root cause analysis and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Microsoft products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

- Fluent Hungarian language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field
