Hungarian Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient way;
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers;
- Handling customer feedback and suggestions;
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in languages including Hungarian (C2 level) and English (B2 level);
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute or higher.
