We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greece.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying and addressing customer needs to achieve satisfaction, building relations of trust through open and interactive communication, providing accurate and complete information, and keeping records of customer interaction.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess native or near-native Hungarian language skills (C2), a very good command of English language (B2 – C1), good MS Office skills, strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, excellent communication and presentation skills, customer orientation, and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
