We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing assistance, troubleshooting, and solutions for customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide assistance, troubleshooting, and solutions for customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality support.
Requirements:
- Fluent Czech language skills (written and spoken) & good English communication skills.
- EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
