Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Greece.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in French (C2 level) and English (B2 level), and have a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.

  • Provide timely and high-quality support across all communication channels.
  • Assist users with setting up accounts, troubleshooting login issues, and resolving payment or technical queries.
  • Serve as a reliable and empathetic contact, particularly for clients with sports-related questions.
  • Respond to customer feedback with understanding and professionalism.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through clear, supportive communication.
  • Uphold service quality by adhering to internal procedures and standards.
  • Offer feedback and ideas to continuously improve the customer support experience.
Requirements
  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
