We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Greece.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in French (C2 level) and English (B2 level), and have a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide timely and high-quality support across all communication channels.
- Assist users with setting up accounts, troubleshooting login issues, and resolving payment or technical queries.
- Serve as a reliable and empathetic contact, particularly for clients with sports-related questions.
- Respond to customer feedback with understanding and professionalism.
- Strengthen customer relationships through clear, supportive communication.
- Uphold service quality by adhering to internal procedures and standards.
- Offer feedback and ideas to continuously improve the customer support experience.
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
