Customer Service Representative - Veterinary Services
Are you passionate about animal care and committed to delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Veterinary Services Department.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure that clients receive timely and accurate information regarding veterinary services.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to veterinary services.
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, service inquiries, and general information regarding pet care.
- Provide guidance and support to pet owners to ensure they receive the necessary information for their pets' health and well-being.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of veterinary services and protocols to educate clients effectively.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and continuous service improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
