Pet Care Advocate Role for Veterinary Services
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pet Care Advocate, providing support and information to Czech-speaking customers regarding veterinary services.
You will be the vital link between our customers and the veterinary team, ensuring that pets receive the best care possible.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Czech-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and follow-up care.
- Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure comprehensive care for pets.
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A passion for animal welfare and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
