We are seeking an experienced Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Airline Reservations Department.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with flight bookings, itinerary changes, and inquiries related to airline policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service and be fluent in Spanish.

  • Provide high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and other inquiries.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and provide timely information.
  • Stay informed about airline policies, destinations, and promotions to offer knowledgeable assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
