Key Responsibilities:

- Adhere to quality service standards
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
