Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone, email, or chat.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a professional and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via telephone, email, or chat
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Level C1 in Spanish and intermediate in English (B2)
  • High school diploma
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in customer support, online or in person
  • Resourceful and stress-resistant personality, able to adapt and remain calm in all situations
