Technical Support Expert

We are currently looking for a skilled Customer Technical Advisor to join our team in Athens, Greece.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding and recording consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers. They will also maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database. Additionally, they will ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company's complaints escalation policy.
The Customer Technical Advisor will troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training. They will also offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or higher is required.
- The candidate must be a native/fluent Danish speaker.
- A good level of English (C1) is necessary.
- The ideal candidate should have good writing speed (20 words per minute).
- Active listening skills are essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities are required.
