Customer Expert Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly skilled customer expert who is fluent in Danish and has advanced English knowledge. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, prior customer support experience, and strong troubleshooting skills.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a customer expert, supporting customers from Denmark after completing a comprehensive training program. As a customer expert, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, tracking and following cases to ensure timely closure, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
  • Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
  • Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
  • Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
  • Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
