Online Ticketing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Online Ticketing Consultant to join our team. As an Online Ticketing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert consultations on using online ticketing systems for effective event planning.

Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored support to ensure clients achieve their event goals.
  • Develop and implement customized solutions tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on client feedback and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of online ticketing systems and event management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
