Job Overview

Ella Resorts is a luxury eco-chic collection with 5 seaside lifestyle resorts in Rhodes, Corfu and Crete. Each property highlights unique characteristics of its host location within a carefully selected setting rich in Greek history and culture.

We seek an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to support our rapid growth.

The quality coordinator's responsibilities include inspecting materials, processes and products, ensuring compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations, implementing quality management actions, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures.

To be successful as a quality coordinator you should ensure that all materials, processes, and procedures meet regulatory and quality standards, and promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures compliance with current regulations
  • Monitors and reports on all activities, processes, and procedures
  • Develops internal auditing tools and conducts internal audits and reports
  • Determines data-driven solutions and implements quality improvement plans
  • Performs regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies
  • Assists with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures
  • Provides departments with quality planning and support
  • Conducts or assists with regulatory and quality training sessions
  • Prepares and maintains quality management documentation
Requirements
  • Degree in a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with quality systems
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001,22000,14001 is appreciated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to respond to different work situations
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations
