Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial regulations within the hospitality industry.
  • Oversight of income recording, monitoring outstanding balances, assessing credit risks, and enforcing collection strategies.
  • Suitability assessment for granting credit or payment deadlines, reconciling income reports with hotel systems and accounting records.
  • Ensuring accurate revenue recording from all hotel departments, resolving discrepancies in revenue reports.
  • Cash flow management, funds handling, deposits in bank accounts and secure money handling.
  • Communication regarding charges, payments, pending issues and arrangements with customers and partners.
  • Dispute resolution related to pricing, payments, and billing with customers and partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • Experience in roles related to accounting, finance, invoicing, credit or debt management at hospitality industry.
  • Financial knowledge: Understanding of basic financial principles such as revenue, payments, credits, payment deadlines and debit accounts.
  • Multitasking skills, time organization and attention to detail.
  • Data analysis, report preparation and drawing conclusions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective collaboration with team members and departments.
