Account Manager

This role requires a professional with strong business acumen to manage an existing customer portfolio and grow sales within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and utilizing strategic probing to recommend alternative solutions.

The selected individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Additionally, they will be expected to generate progress reports, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and suggest actions to improve sales performance.

To succeed in this position, the Account Manager must possess a BSc degree in Business Administration or a relevant field and have proven work experience in sales. They should also have hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
