Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, sales, and marketing initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on receiving and processing incoming enquiries from clients, advising them on residential projects, and carrying out the full cycle of sales and purchase transactions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, creating and expanding our network, and conducting inspection tours to facilities. Additionally, you will sign contracts with developers, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain business relations.

As a key member of our team, you will participate in Real Estate events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our brand and services. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with your ability to think strategically and make informed decisions, will enable you to drive business growth and achieve our goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Higher education degree
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Real Estate industry experience is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of CRM content management system
  • Independence, communication skills, broad outlook, and desire to develop
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop (an advantage)
  • English language proficiency at C1 level
