Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Real Estate Valuer
at WIP Ltd located in Athens.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Real Estate Valuer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of property markets, and the ability to deliver accurate and timely valuation reports in line with international and local standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections and market research to determine fair market values.
  • Prepare valuation reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Analyze comparable sales, rental data, and economic trends.
  • Ensure compliance with RICS or REV standards and relevant local regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accreditation (RICS or equivalent) will be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in real estate valuation is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of valuation software is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Greek Law 4495/2017 and New Building Regulations is considered a plus.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
