Η Esteem Finance and Property Services, μια αναπτυσσόμενη εκτιμητική εταιρεία, αναζητά έναν υπάλληλο Junior Property Valuer (Junior Real Estate Valuer). Ο υποψήφιος θα συμβάλλει στην ομαλή λειτουργία του γραφείου, υποστηρίζοντας τις διαδικασίες εκτίμησης ακινήτων και διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια και την αποτελεσματικότητα των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών.

Αρμοδιότητες:


• Υποστήριξη των διαδικασιών εκτίμησης ακινήτων μέσω συλλογής και επεξεργασίας δεδομένων.


• Διαχείριση και αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων και εκθέσεων.


• Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και συνεργάτες για τη συλλογή απαραίτητων πληροφοριών.


• Προετοιμασία και επεξεργασία παρουσιάσεων και αναφορών.


• Υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση των καθημερινών λειτουργιών του γραφείου.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:


• Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ (Οικονομικών, Πολιτικού Μηχανικού, Τοπογράφου μηχανικού ή συναφές πεδίο)


• Άριστη γνώση του Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).


• Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών.


• Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.


• Ικανότητα εργασίας σε ομαδικό περιβάλλον.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:


• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε θέση Property Vlauer (Junior Real Estate Valuer).


• Γνώση του τομέα των ακινήτων ή εμπειρία σε εκτιμητική εταιρεία.
