Επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες από τη στιγμή της κράτησης έως την στιγμή της αναχώρησης.

Aύξηση των εσόδων του ξενοδοχείου από τα τμήματα ευθύνης του (Κρατήσεις).

Oμαλή και αποδοτική λειτουργία του τμήματος.

Προώθηση ξενοδοχειακών υπηρεσιών και up-selling δωματίων.

Σωστή και έγκαιρη διεκπεραίωση όλων των οικονομικών συναλλαγών.

Επικοινωνία με την Υποδοχή, τμήμα πωλήσεων και λογιστηρίου.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα/Δεξιότητες
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε Boutique ξενοδοχεία 5*, Ελλάδας ή εξωτερικού.
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και τουλάχιστον μίας δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας.
  • Eπαγγελματική εμφάνιση.
  • Oμαδικότητα - προσαρμοστικότητα - οργάνωση.
  • Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία και στις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις, θετικός χαρακτήρας με θέληση για προσφορά και γνώση.
  • Iκανότητα εργασίας κάτω από συνθήκες πίεσης.
  • Διάθεση για προσφορά υπηρεσιών φιλοξενίας υψηλών προδιαγραφών.
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), καθώς και γνώση ξενοδοχειακών προγραμμάτων.
  • Aπόφοιτος σχολής τουριστικών επιχειρήσεων.
