We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Production Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality medicines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full production lifecycle to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Develop and manage efficient production schedules in coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor key production metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations to maintain seamless production
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for production staff
  • Serve as the link between the production team and senior management, providing regular updates and performance reports
  • Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and operational impact
  • Drive initiatives for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence in alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards in pharma
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse stakeholders and teams
