Responsibilities
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with key partners.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product design on implementing User Experience Research initiatives and designing end user journeys/mockups.
  • Evaluate KPIs and derive measures from results for future success.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on roadmap.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and monitor sprints.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop positioning, benefits and sales arguments for target segments, while contributing to competitive analysis and market trends.
  • Prioritize feature implementation and set specific timelines.
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
  • Collaborate on creation of supporting documents for internal and external users.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor key metrics, track user behavior, and gather insights for data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Product Manager.
  • Track record of working with SaaS solutions.
  • Solid technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Trello or Asana.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Experience working with Agile teams.
